Dear Walter and Petra:
I want to take a moment to thank you for your professionalism in the marketing of our Naples home; the market was not exactly conducive to a ready sale. I learned several things through this process: there are realtor's and then there are Realtors'!!! You and your team often went beyond expectation with market knowledge, internet savvy, and physical attentiveness that to us has redefined the profession. Believe me...I really can appreciate how hard you worked to see this transaction close. It wasn't easy...

Through it all you managed to weigh/balance the emotions of ambivalent homeowners like V. and I and our desires against the reality of the SW FL market....no small task indeed. I am not the easiest person to work with (especially when I do not know what I am talking about), but you managed to keep it together from start to finish.....and 'finish' is an understatement: YOU REALLY DELIVERED and were always there taking care of the smallest detail. It is V. and I that are thankful to have found you...

As I suggested when we parted, my sense is that this is not the last transaction between us. When and if the time is right, we may well return to the Gulf Coast. It is there that we can find the beaches and the water, a warmer sun, and a real professional that we have come to know, trust, and befriend!!! You are simply the best... Dear Walter and Petra: I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful job you did for us marketing and selling our home in Naples. As you know, the previous realtor we had that listed the property basically did nothing other than put the unit on the Multiple Listing System and sat back and waited for someone else to show/sell the unit. Needless to say that technique did not work.

Having said this, my wife and I could not have been more pleased with you and Petra and the entire Roller Team. A fantastic job would be an understatement. You guys "staged" our unit, continuously held open houses, put the unit on the internet and kept us informed as to all the happenings as far as showings and what the market conditions were like. You went as far as vacuuming the unit before open houses as we were out of state. I am fairly certain than not many other realtor would do this for a client. On top of all this, you managed to sell our unit which was two years old at a higher price than the developer was offering brand new units for. I am still amazed at how you accomplished this but obviously you both are exceptional at what you do.

I wholeheartedly recommend your services to everyone I speak with who is interested in buying or selling property in South West Florida. You earned every penny of your commission as you paid for it yourself in the price that you got us for our home. If I can ever be of assistance, never hesitate to reach out to me. Best always,
